Next up: pinwheels and Tarte fine

I hope you are enjoying the last days of December just as I am!

Before leaving Doha, I have made these 2 easy recipes and I just never had time to post them. I’m totally in London mood now and I hardly find time to go back to the Hotel.

Tarte fines aux pommes

Pinwheels with mincemeat

The thing you need to know is that it takes less than 30 min to make and bake. It’s easy and it hardly costs you money!

Stay tuned for more..

  1. Well..we kept talking about the mincemeat and I had some homemade puff pastry leftovers. I made these the very last day before leaving..The tarte fine is my fav (back home) but I never get to find it in Qatar. It's a shame because it's easy to make…As for who ate this…MY HUSBAND!! Believe it or not!

  2. Hehe, I was gonna say, when I saw your update, \”isn't she on vacation?\” – Nice you're having fun in London! I hope you had a chance to actually eat these before you left!
