Ingrédients

– 1 bâtonnet surimi en rondelles
– 150g blanc de poulet (en dés)
– 150g filet de merlan au chermoula émietté (recette ici)
– 1 jaune d’oeuf
– 1 c.à.s de fromage blanc
– 1 à 2 c.à.s de lait
– Pincées de pimiento, de gingembre, de poivre
– 1 c.à.c de ciboulette ciselée

Mélangez et faites cuire dans une poêle antiadhésive en couvrant l’omelette ou en la mettant dans le four .
